Very well positioned in Noosa, within walking distance to restaurants, river strolls, supermarket, public transport.
It is an excellent option to stay if you don't stay very close to Hastings St or the beach, having free public transport during school holidays Summer and Easter to take you wherever. Car is optional really if you just plan to stay in Noosa.
The complex is also very family friendly with nice pools, spa, sauna, gim, tennis courts. Staff is great too.
The only not so good I would point is that the units need some renovation. Not bad but need upgrade.

Great location and good resort. Pools were great.
Vila was large and mostly clean however there were ants in the bathroom kitchen and 1 bedroom.
Also bit disappointing that for a 2 bedroom Vila for a 3 night stay we were provided a tiny little shampoo and condition and the book states you have to pay for extra for more. Also had to pay $5 to borrow a specific pool towel.
Road next to our Vila was pretty noisy in the mornings, and blinds weren’t very good resulting in waking at 5.30am each morning.
Would still stay again as great location facilities and good price.

This is a fantastic, safe and secure "old school" resort with updated facilities and rooms. I love that it's spread out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and hard working. 3 pools (although we only went to 2). The villas are updated and very clean (the only downside is the mattresses are too hard). We'll definitely be back though and, next time, we'll stay for longer so we can try out the other facilities.

The pool is amazing! Location is great. The room we thought we were booking was nothing like what we actually got. It was old, shabby, unclean and small. Our friend paid the same and got a way nicer, larger and more modern room. I alerted the staff to my issues to be told "Its not like we gave you that room on purpose"

When booking this accommodation we thought the photos would be making the resort look better than it was but this really wasnt the case. This place exceeded our expectations in most ways. The place was beautiful, well maintained, super helpful staff and was within walking distance to the river.
I also loved that the way the resort was laid out, although it was a large resort it really felt small, private and intimate.

The whole family of six had a fabulous time relaxing. With the resorts location there were so many things to see, enjoy and eat withing in strolling distance.

Conveniently situated with easy walking distance to shops, playgrounds, restaurants and cafes. Clean self contained villas, beautiful pool area, friendly and accommodating staff.
