Noosa Entrance Waterfront Resort

Stayed for 2 weeks at Noosa Entrance Resort. The resort was really super. Our unit was lovely. It is very conveniently located walking distance to all the restaurants bars and shops on the riverfront. Easy close drive to the supermarket Woolworths and nearby beaches. Managers Kim and Paul were wonderful hosts. We will visit again. Jane & Gary, BC, Canada

Very relaxing area to stay in Noosaville. River outlook is lovely. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Second time we have stayed. We got a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was really comfortable. Good kitchen facilities. The resort in general could do with an upgrade soon but still very nice. A short walk to restaurants and supermarkets

My family and I spent 5 nights here over Christmas week. Location was close to all parts of Noosa. Townhouse was clean and modern. Was so good to have the choice of the multiple pools. The service was great. The water view was perfect. Highly recommend for all types of travellers.

The good Noosa Entrance Waterfront Resort has a number of units with lovely canal waterfront views. Very little boating traffic so all very serene. Location is excellent with a short walk to Woolworths and the shops/cafes on Gympie Terrace. Perfect for an evening sundowners and/or meal. Excellent bus transport to Hastings Street and Sunshine Beach The bad The units are individually owned and Unit 19 lets the side down badly. It appears ok in photographs and the unit itself is fine (except no downstairs loo and no exhaust fan over the cooktop). The problems lie in the owner’s furnishings. The sofas base frame webbing has given out so we were effectively sitting on the base frames. Very uncomfortable. The china is inadequate, op shop standard, mismatching, no salad bowls and only three wine glasses for a unit that can accommodate 6 people. Dining and coffee tables are painted chipboard and chipped/stained. Both lights in the ensuite were out as was the globe in the living room standard lamp. The living room overhead fan wasn’t working and the telephone didn’t work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The 2 storey property had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was very clean and the bedding and towels were of good quality. The view to the river was lovely and the property is within walking distance to the restaurants and amenities in Noosaville. We recommend and would return.

This is a fabulous place to stay - convenient, well serviced and excellent location. Right on the waterfront, it is a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. We has a three bedroom villa on the waterfront. Very quiet (request a villa away from the road, which is very busy - suggest anything higher than number 8) , extremely well set up for cooking, bbq and access o the pool. Spacious, spotlessly clean, free wifi and foxtel, Lots of wildlife visitors including a very friendly water dragon. The kids will love it. Thoroughly recommend. Shout out to the managers who were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Noosa Entrance Waterfront resort was better than what we expected. The unit we had was clean, spacious and super comfortable for our family. We had a beautiful view of the water (river) from the master bedroom and the downstairs living area. The bedrooms were spacious which was more than enough for our family of 4. Bedding comfortable and we really felt like home. The kitchen had all facilities and utensils required. Working BBQ which always handy on family holidays and locked up garage. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, noosa river, Fast food and shopping. The owner was friendly when greeting on arrival and throughout our stay. This was a perfect stay. 5 stars!! However on the one night we decided to enjoy the porch and over look the lake, the owner came to remind us and visitors next door that we need to bring our party inside by 10pm. Which we were fine with as it is mentioned on our conditions of stay. However at 9:45 pm we were told to go inside rudely by the owners wife, and when I mentioned the time to her, she rudely told me I was not welcomed here again. This really put a damper on the rest of my stay. We were not being excessively loud and neither were the people next to us, we were 2 families on a holiday. They were talking amongst themselves and we were to ourselves. There was no loud music, we were not causing trouble so that outburst was uncalled for. I was ready to speak to the owner the next day however prior doing so, I noticed in other reviews we were not the first and only people she had said this to. This is not good business practice. This really ruined the remainder of our stay, hence the 4 stars. On our departure I let the owner know of this, and he just laughed, then tried to brushed it off, then apologised. I didn’t expect an apology from him but it was not necessary for her comment. I would highly recommend coming and staying at this resort especially for families, just a tip, don’t stay out too late!

My family loved our time at this resort so much and will definitely return. Our 3 bedroom town house was clean, modern and bright and even had a washer and dryer. The views were stunning and relaxing and it was very quiet too. We caught lots of fish from the convenient location of right in front of our town house. The service was great and friendly too. Thank you so much for a great holiday.
