The hotel was clean, staff was nice. Good location.
My complaint is about the deposit they requested. I was charged a higher amount in my credit card, they said it would be refunded but it wasn’t. So I ended up paying more than I had planned when I booked this hotel here on Trip. That was frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, I had no problem finding food, whether it was delivery, or at the hotels kitchen. I enjoyed my stay, and will most likely stay here on all my future visits to Charleston.

I really loved the layout of the bathroom and room. I did not like the elevator was out. I also wished there was a microwave. I also was a concerned about the safety due to the location of the homeless. Would have been good if there had been some type of security.

The property was not great but I wouldn’t say it was too bad. We stayed for four days and the elevator was out the entire time we were there and we stayed on the fourth floor. The pools conditions could have been better, visually it was nice and it was empty when I went but the stains at the bottom of the pool and along the sides were very unappealing. The shower pressure was more of a power wash than anything but it was a very quiet place to stay the staff, was amazing and the decor was perfect.

They ran out of clean towels. My family and I had to go to the store to purchase towels. We will not be back.
