This is a 4 bedroom A-Frame style Chalet located 1 mile from downtown North Conway, feels like your in the woods but your close to all of the action. Great place to get away. Very well taken care of. 2 bedrooms have brand new Queen Size beds and the smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have just added an addition that has a small bedroom with twin size bunk beds. We have a front deck and back deck with a barbeque grill. Full kitchen setup. Upstairs living room has a new 42 inch hdtv, huge sectional, a brand new recliner, and a dining room table that seats 8, also has a wood stove for a nice fire in the beautiful New Hampshire winters. The lower living room has a couch and recliner with a 36 inch TV and DVR and a gas stove. No need to bring towels/linens....all CLEAN towels/linens are provided.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS. There is a noise ordinance in town and the fine is $500 per occurrence..RESPECT THE NEXT GUESTS. leave the house neat. Take out garbage. No food left behind,NO PETS ALLOWED. Some guests have allergies..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.May smoke outside.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Nice place
Cute clean house, lots of space! We got there late so some lights outside to show house number from road would have been helpful. Although having towels provided is great they were very, very small. Besides those two minor things it’s a great place to stay, we would book again!

Great place
We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4- two kids under 10- and my parents stayed with us 1 night. Plenty of space, great location for hikes and Storyland. Host was very responsive and instructions were easy for check in and check out.

Lovely cabin
Great stay at Brandon’s lovely and very comfortable cabin. A perfect getaway close to everything u need but on a wonderfully peaceful and wooded street.

Another wonderful holiday!
We stay here every year and it never gets old. Never disappoints!! The snow on Christmas eve was a bonus. Cathedral Ledge looked so majestic. It was perfect! a bonus. christmas

Rustic cabin in great location
The house is cute. It’s right next to Cathedral Ledge.
It’s a cabin and it’s rustic. The floors creak with every step!
The mattresses on small beds need to be replaced, they are rock hard!
Other than needing a good carpenter and new mattresses, it was a decent place to use as a home base while we explored the area!
