Come make yourself at home and enjoy your stay at our place right in the heart of North Conway. It is located between the outlets and the center of town so you're in the mix of it all. Most come to hike, shop or enjoy the peace and quiet of Mother Nature. Our spot provides the NH country feel and space you're looking for. The convenience of being so close to it all also helps. It has a full kitchen / dining room, living room with a massive couch that can fit the whole family, 3 bedrooms (1 currently is for storage only), 2 bathrooms and includes a washer / dryer. Enjoy all of what North Conway has to offer season to season. Saco River tubing/canoeing, hitting the slopes at Cranmore (5 minutes away), hiking the White Mountain trails, shopping spree at the Settler's Crossing Outlets or stopping in at Zebs are just a few things to enjoy. Too Many Surprises When we arrived, there was a whole pile of trash on the deck. The grass was a foot high. The biggest disappointment was that the unit was advertised as two bathrooms, but one of the bathroom doors was locked and no access. Overall, it was just not a very pleasant experience. A lot of little things added up to make us wish that we had not reserved this property. We would never choose to stay here again.

The Fourth The location was absolutely perfect. It was in the center of everything. Many reviews mentioned it was dated, but I didn't mind at all ,as it was clean,and had everything we needed.Owner was very nice also.Would definitely book again

The location is excellent. The inside of home is as described. Nice living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Had many things needed. Kitchen well stocked, linens on beds, towels to use for bathrooms. Dated but clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only drawback for us was the outside. Lawn was at least a foot tall. There's a fire pit but would have to sit in tall grass to use. Out back messy to bring dogs out so we crossed street and went to train tracks. I would go again though for the location and comfort of the mobile home. Also, owner very helpful and responds quickly.

Affordable Getaway We had been renting our weekend getaways at the same place for years, but price increases over the past two seasons forced us to look for an alternate. Jon's place is situated on a quiet road just off the main drag, and is perfect for anyone looking to be active in the region. The home shows some signs of its age, but it is affordable, clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly was a huge plus too. We hope to return later this year.

Always a Relaxing Time! We have stayed at this property several times, and love it! Its location is great, spacious and comfy. We also love the fire pit at night. We’ll be back next year!

Wonderful Stay in North Conway - Highly Recommended! I had a great time staying at this great property in North Conway and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to get to and surrounded by a variety of great places to eat, many of which are just a short walk away. The home itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. There are so many activities to enjoy in the immediate area, from hiking and outdoor adventures to shopping and exploring local attractions. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an active getaway, this place has it all. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return in the future.
