Look, you get what you pay for. My room was clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice big flat screen with DirecTV. Staff was very helpful and friendly... Anything negative I could say is just due to the price range, so if you're on a tight budget the Colonial should do the trick.

Office called to check with me about arrival time and was super nice.
Clean and quiet.
Also called office second night regarding a rude disrespect person or persons in next room smoking dope and they took care of it right away.

Enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay at the Colonial Motel for Christmas weekend - clean, quiet, great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. This was my second visit to this establishment and I can’t wait to be back!

I have stayed at the Colonial Motel several times and it is a great little motel that is very clean and very reasonably priced. It is within walking distance of downtown N. Conway as well. Eban, the guy who does everything, is the best! He works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable! I will be staying there again and so should you!

The man working the front desk was very kind and welcoming and gave us plenty of suggestions. We love coming to north conway and this was the perfect spot, very clean and felt like home. Will definitely stay here again! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick weekend getaway to stay somewhere nice yet affordable

Friendly amazing staff! There was a plumbing problem with my room and we were upgraded at no cost! It’s not the Four Seasons but it’s well worth the price!
