Nice pools and beach Close drive to Tripoli city Rooms are beach style and not to elegant but do the job for a beach hotel Staff are nice

Fair review as always however vs. Lebanon private resorts and not vs. worldwide luxury resorts for sure …. As there are no upscale or luxury resorts in Lebanon Overall score vs Lebanon similar resorts 4/5 Staff attitude 5/5 Room quality and functionality 3/5 Reception and reservation 4/5 Impressed by Abdallah a junior talented member whom his future will be bright in the hospitality Breakfast - basic 3/5 Food in Malak Tawouk and Maison Resto 0/5 disaster uneatable food , service was fair and the service guys are genuine Service beach and pool 1/5 no service around beach Cleanliness overall resort 3/5 Food and service in Qatch resto ( operated by a third party) 4/5 Hotel Value for money 1/5 nowadays in summer whereby the room is at 350$ per night , however once the rate go down September onwards maybe to 100$ then 4/5 The hotel has a lot of potential.. Details need to be spotted for better services and here are some areas for improvement : In -Room : 1. place tray for the coffee and tea set up not only for better presentation but to protect the facade of the table 2. To operate the TV is very complicated , place a instructional sign 3. Same with the shower , new but part of it not functioning and they couldn’t fix 4. AC very noisy 5. And this is weird - how come there is no black out curtains in room , you wake up with the sunrise at 5 am 6. Extra bed is mini extra you need to invest in proper extra beds 7. The door to other connected room was not locked it might cause safety issue Food all over is very low quality and taste . Recruit a seasoned chef and develop a mini Lebanese tasty menu … it was ok as we stayed 2 nights however I would have checked out if I stayed more cause of food quality as we couldn’t eat anywhere .. except for Qatch Few of the management team should be visible outdoor and checking things out .. it is left to juniors All in all we had great time , again I am reviewing vs Lebanon resorts , I highly recommend to visit but please don’t expect anywhere in Lebanon luxury upscale services or value for money , lower you expectations and you shall have great time .. Took my family here the toilets are absolutely disgusting. No toilet seats half doors missing outside. Pool lounges are completely dirty rubbish all over the place. The staff members at the front reception are the rudest most arrogant I have ever dealt with I would not recommend this place for anybody all the photos Are edited and photo shopped

The resort is beautiful, with his pools, the access to the sea, the shade and no music on the beach. But the so-called boutique hotel is a nightmare. For 250 “fresh dollars plus Vat” a night (mountain view) no Internet in the room. When I complained 3 employees fidgeted around during hours, messed up my IPad and finally the reception accepted that I get another room. Internet was an issue during my whole stay also in this other room. The different receptionists always supposed that my IPhone and my IPad had a problem or that I was incompetent. The funny thing is that my devices functioned at the reception but not in my room. The safe in the room was blocked. They gave me a key “to fix it”. I refused and asked that an employee came up to the room. The room never was cleaned spontaneously. I had to ask! Usually around 4 pm. The shower always overflow and flooded the bathroom. The water tap in the basin fall apart. No hooks to hang up the towels and the wet bathing suits, no rods in the cupboard to hang up my clothes. I had to beg at the reception to get a hairdryer. The girl at the reception said, in a condescending and patronizing way, that usually customers don’t wash their hair themselves: they go to the hairdresser!!! Eating at the Mezzé restaurant in the evening was a real trial. It took me exactly 120 minutes to get a simple salad and a Pepsi from the moment I arrived and left. Incompetent waiters run around the place. Nobody seemed really in charge and I never knew if the order was taken. I felt forgotten, despised, and the bill contained items that weren’t served. I spent 4 nights in this hotel. It was not relaxing. Nobody never apologized for any inconvenience. I can accept limited service in a backpacker hotel but not in a so-called 5 stars hotel. The two hotels where I stood in Beirut where perfect. So beware! But maybe if you are Lebanese you are treated better, at the Miramar.
