Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence

First day, when I entered the hotel; I got 3 cockroaches in my bathroom. Then I asked for another room. I got another room, the smell was a little off; and when I saw the bathroom, there’s a poo in the seat of the closet. I am too tired to bring my luggage back downstairs and ask for another room substitution. So i dont even bother using the water closet. Then; comes the next day; after i got to the 1st building (the building beside the reception’s building) 21st floor; my card wont work; i cannot open the door. I then went back down to the receptionist to get my card working so i can open the door. And this happens for 3 days of my stay here, I need to go down to reset the card everytime I got back to the hotel which is tiring. When I want to shower, I realized that there is no towel as well; the room service took away the old towel and didn’t replace with the new towel. Everything here is just outrageous. Its not worth every buck. I attached a picture of the cleaned poo stain; previously it is a solid poop

was a bit worried about the past reviews since it will be our first family stay as a whole (three rooms in total), however this is beyond our expectation. The room was comfy despite at first we had to argue with the receptionist due to available room was city-view,our booked room was supposed to be sea-view. We then managed to get sea-view one. We were given a free welcome drink and snacks ( the kids loved this!), the pool is decent but good and breakfast was excellent with so many options! Defo will be back

Nice hotel, nice customer services. I will travel to here again.

Rooms are too old, furnitures, washroom, towel are all not refurbished or renewed. Not very comfortable living here. B
