Putri Duyung Ancol

I really liked this place; it's very close to many attractions in Ancol. However, the rooms could use an update.

This is a very old hotel, with individual bungalows, suitable for a leisure trip. The bungalows are on a private island, like an upscale residential community, so it's inconvenient without a car as dining and attractions are far away. The rooms don't have international standard power outlets. The towels and bathroom facilities are also outdated. It's primarily a resort, so it's fine for vacations, but not recommended for business travel.

The room should be renovated. The swimming pool and the building look very dilapidated.

I feel that I still don’t recommend hotels in this scenic spot. You don’t need to buy tickets when booking a room. The hotel where I stayed alone gave me a standard room with twin beds. A local Indonesian friend took me to check in and told the hotel if I could change to a double room. The reply said that the price was different, but the order clearly stated You can choose between a queen bed or a twin bed, and later they pushed the two beds together. Moreover, the hotel facilities are old and the sofas are broken and scratch the skin. And I feel inside Nothing fun. After I finally checked out, I asked the hotel staff to help take me to the exit. They sent me to the west gate, which was not the big exit I entered at that time. Moreover, there are many unlicensed car drivers in Ximen, so be sure not to take their cars. It is too confusing. They said that I have to walk a long way to get a taxi, and Grab will not come in. The price they charge is twice as high as what I would pay if I used Grab. Be sure to take a taxi outside Ximen, you can get Grab! ! ! I hope the hotel staff will not do this with the unlicensed car driver, it is very distasteful. And the area is very large. It is only suitable for driving with luggage, so it is not recommended. But everyone has his own merits
