Customer service is terrible, email them ages before my check in date but dont have any reply back from them. I email cause I will be late check in, cause I dont get respond on the date of Im arrival I just walk in hoping theres a staff there ( cause I see in their description that they have 24 hrs service desk ) but theres empty box office. Try to called property no answer. So helpless. Try to open the service desk the office so smell and dirty shout out loud called someone but look like no one stand by. At the end I need to change hotel in the middle of night and dont be bother to come there anymore even I was booked for 2 night. 1. The access to come in to the hotel/ apartmen is so suck, crowed and complicated. 2. Even I dont check in. I Can imaging the room will be dirty as cause the check in area so pig style. 3. The location is so noisy loud of music On at midnight when I arrive.. 4. Very not great place to stay and so dirty area. I rather not stay and not get the money back cause I feel is not warted to stay there..very bad service from the beginning.

The lines was dirt, I requested to change before use the bed however no respond, we were unable to sleep there. Water basin didn’t work. Fridge is uncleaned. We booked other hotel to rest while this one only keep our baggage’s until I left Jakarta.

The apartment room dirty, dust everywhere, toilet sink block, kitchen sink no water, toilet block, mould everywhere, electric cable no cover ( not safety ) the room smell bad, dont rent with this company ( Grandboutique-Inn ) when you ask for refund you can’t, never guys!!!!

Stayed 2 nights and the room was INFESTED with cockroaches — baby ones, medium ones, everywhere: bathroom, desk, even on the bed! No matter how many we killed, more kept showing up. Absolutely revolting. Reception? Nonexistent. No one’s ever at the desk. Had to wait outside in the heat because the office was locked. Check-in, key pickup, and check-out were all a hassle. And to make it worse, reception is in a different building from the rooms! No towels, only a disposable toothbrush and one tiny bottle of 2-in-1 soap. No refill, no care. Parking is NOT free — it’s ridiculously expensive even for hotel guests. Totally regret booking here. Never again!

Went there around 10pm. No reception. Called many times, no answer. No receptionist. Business sign is so small. Hard to find as well.

Nice place for long stay and easy to find food and walk over bay walk mall it’s just 3 min very convenient

the room was okay, but the bathroom is a bit smelly 🥲😂 they have heater but only function in the morning. at night, the heater isnt heat. we tried to check put early in the morning and pass the keycard to the security , unfortunately they dont give back our deposit. tried to use hair dryer and the room blackout omg😂 thats all

The place is hard to find, poor quality rooms, some lights don't even work, dirty and dusty smelly..

She told me the room was clean, but a bit small. Reasonable with price and good cos easy to get the good all that. Ty.

Don't book this, it's terrible, the worst room I've ever seen. If I had to choose, I would rather sleep on the street than stay here. It refreshed my perception. The sheets and quilt covers were not washed, the room was very shabby, I asked for a refund before I checked in, but they didn't give it back. In the end, I would rather not have the money than stay here!

The room is not different from the pictures in the store, but it is completely unrelated. It is dirty, old and broken. The water heater is still broken and there is only cold water. There are bugs in the sink. The water provided cuts a hole in the handle. Because it is a very bad mineral water, the edge is very sharp! I don't know how the landlord is confident to charge 150 yuan a night. 80 is a bit expensive. I didn't want to stay after booking for three days and staying for one night. Because it is too different from the pictures on the Internet. Then I negotiated with the front desk and they said that I can refund it, but the room fee for the remaining two days cannot be refunded! It's really a scam. So these pictures are real shots, choose carefully! Suggest to the merchants to change the real pictures. The room price is half off. There is no hot water. Please write it clearly! If you like cost-effectiveness, you may consider it. Don't come with your girlfriend. It's too embarrassing!

I couldn't find the front desk at all. I didn't stay and no refund was given.
