Hotels in Mangga Dua, North Jakarta

There were a large number of small cockroaches, especially around the bathroom sink. I killed over 20 of them in my room. The room itself was relatively clean, so I think the cockroaches were getting in through the drainage pipes or something. If it weren't for that issue, it would be a very good hotel, so I hope the hotel management will make every effort to deal with cockroaches. All the staff were kind. Also, the air conditioning, shower water pressure, and Wi-Fi were very strong and comfortable.

Staying at Holiday Inn Suites Jakarta was such a fantastic experience—easily one of the highlights of my trip! First off, the location is super convenient. This was my first hotel in Jakarta and I’m so glad I booked it. The staff is so kind and accomodating, they really went above and beyond to meet my requests for an HDMI cord and room service. I got an executive room, and it was spacious, but I kind of expected it to be a little bigger for the price I paid. Their whirlpool and sauna are AMAZING and I definitely recommend anyone that’s visiting to try it. I had a lot of privacy while enjoying their amenities, but the staff made sure to give me the full experience anyway and attended to all my needs. I think there were ongoing renovations when I visited so booking via Grab was a little difficult. Booking their Main Lobby as the pinned location was way easier via Gojek— less cranky drivers that need to reroute this way.

Very good service good and big room but old building no Air-condition in the lobby don’t know why they should consider to put AC in the lobby over all very good experience stuff very polite and welcoming good breakfast

Only the breakfast is really not good at all, always the same food, no noodles, always fried rice and white rice. The disk is very bad,, you can't eat it at all, as a hotel chain,they should now hoe to cook it nice? But it is not? The bed is nice to sleep. Breakfast is terrible.,

Good enough for a four star hotel but a little too aggressive on the sustainability movement. Every day I have to ask for hand towels because after housekeeping, no hand towels will be provided. It's a little annoying. But not a showstopper.

The price is just right and it's a very nice hotel. However, the location is a little hard to find, so be careful. The Grab driver also got it wrong, so I think it's hard for locals to find too.

When I complained that my neighbor was noisy, the staff instantly addressed the issue. The room was wide and clean.

The room is very good, the hotel manager can bring you an internal tour of the hotel, a great variety of old objects, it is worth staying here for one night on weekends, two breakfasts, afternoon tea for two people and half an hour free massage for two people, although the price is not necessarily cheap, But it's worth it.
