East Bay Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful comfortable super clean B&B. Outstanding breakfast. Rebecca made changes just for me to accommodate my low fiber diet. The house was quiet and restful on a quiet street. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

This was by far and away one of the best Bed and Breakfast establishments we have ever stayed at. The facility and service was impeccable and the breakfasts were magnificent! The hosts were gracious and made every effort to please the guests. There were so many personal details and amenities that were clearly curated by them that met our every need. We would love to return and highly recommend this place.

One of the best B and B's we have ever encountered. Fabulous hosts and incredible breakfasts! Every detail and amenity that you could ask for and close to shops and restaurants in town. Beautifully updated turn of the century home with very comfortable bed and air conditioning. Each room has its own unique charm. Quiet and very tasteful decor. The hosts make every effort to be sure guests are well cared for. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Stay was amazing, Mike was awesome, three minute walk to the ferry that will take you right into Newport. The breakfast was well beyond expectation.

We had the hot water go out at our time share on Jamestown and Rebecca was extremely accommodating in helping get us set up with a last minute room. The rooms are VERY clean and have all the amenities of a major hotel, but twice as much charm! Walking distance to the downtown Jamestown makes this the best option if you're visiting the island, or even if you are vacationing to Newport but prefer a quieter setting. I HIGHLY recommend this Bed and Breakfast!!

Had a wonderful night's rest after arriving late. Room quickly cooled down with the air conditioner. The chocolates were a welcomed delight! I slept too late for a breakfast bite, but the porch provided a sunny respite for a cup of tea. The B&B is just 2 short blocks from restaurants and stores. Clearly well-cared for and would happily come back to spend more time.

3rd time here and always loving “our happy place” more every time! Super cozy, clean and restful. Minutes away from the busy Newport scene and always great to take the ferry back home to quaint Jamestown for J22 amazing food and Narragansett Cafe later hour bands. Breakfast by Rebecca is always the start of a beautiful day!
