Excellent customer service. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and wasn't fastened down. Also, usb ports would be nice, and breakfast to start earlier on Saturday. Overall, it was great, just a couple minor inconveniences.

The room is large and has a small independent living room. Convenient transportation. There are Subway, Walmart supermarket and many shopping malls about 100 meters away.
