Waverly Cottage is an elevated 2 floor, 3rd row home which overlooks lower 1st and 2nd row houses providing multiple views of the ocean from two beach-side decks. In addition, you’ll be able to catch the wonderful Topsail Island sunsets from two marsh-side decks. A private beach access is just steps away. Waverly sleeps 11 in 4 BR: 1 king bed suite, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle.
The space
Waverly Cottage is a newly furnished with new flooring and paint throughout. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor including a master BR suite with king size bed and private access to one of 4 decks and a 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and adjacent bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, dishes, cooking appliances and a separate coffee bar. Second floor has bedroom with queen bed and private access to deck with ocean view and shared bathroom with bunk room with 2 bunk beds and one trundle. Loved it!
We had a long weekend with 6 college aged kids, and this was a perfect home with plenty of space for everyone. The hosts have SO many helpful amenities available, and it just felt like a cozy home away from home. They truly thought of everything you could need for a great get away.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing beach home, and I can honestly say that I don't know where to start when it comes to singing its praises. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most welcoming and accommodating host I have ever encountered. They had thought of everything we could need during our stay, and then some. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach access that came with the home. It was such a luxury to have our little slice of paradise, away from the crowds of tourists that often flock to public beaches. The host had provided everything we could need for a day at the beach - from chairs and umbrellas to beach toys and coolers. It was clear that they had put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring that their guests had the best possible experience. The home itself was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. Despite its proximity to the beach, we didn't find a single grain of sand inside. It was clear that the host took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of their home. In addition to the beach access, the home had a little bit of everything to keep us entertained during our stay. There were games and books for the kids, as well as plenty of outdoor seating for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was clear that the host had gone above and beyond to ensure that their guests had a memorable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation
