I have never met with such rude and unprofessional staff..will never suggest anyone to stay here. Staff is very unprofessional and very rude They stopped us from having breakfast and said the breakfast was not included in our stay and after discussing for half hour they said they had some glitches inside and now we can have our breakfast and no one even apologised.. Felt really insulted and helpless Plz avoid stays here..

This is one of the good hotel climate and services very good one of best hotel Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, offering stunning views of the river and convenient access to the city center. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Nandan gave us excellent service at the hotel restaurant! The recommendations of meals and the attention to us was perfect and reflects the quality of the hotel. Great start to our stay here at the LA Hotel

Pathetic stay and the staff keep asking for tips at every single point, starting from bell boy to room service staff if you don’t have cash they have their personal Gpay or Paytm service to get the tip it seems hotel is unable to provide salary so they survived on the trip only

It was a stay with family.The stay was wonderful over here. Food was delicious. Room were spacious with all the modern amenities. I really like the hotel staff. They are courteous and always ready to help. We really enjoy Cheers to the hotel team

Hii this is to inform to all the people travel out here, I came down from the flight , mr Ajeet don’t know how to talk I personally requested him to give me checkin at the hotel is subject to availability it is available but they are not giving but the way they are behaving it’s so bad they made us feel like we are staying for free. But this is a request from GM please in morning meeting give them proper lesson to behave with the guest.
