We met Nathaniel from the front desk during our arrival and he was so warm and helpful. It makes our tiring trip relieved and it was worth staying here. No matter what condition of his shift , he was always on the reaching out mode. Very nice! We also met Liza from the dining. We see her at breakfast time and she is like the mascot of Fairfield Inn. She goes entertaining guests table to table and welcomes us each day with that cheerful GOOD MORNING greeting. Tireless woman. It reflects that she loves her job . What a PLUS for FAIRFIELD! Nice choice of workers.

The one-bedroom suite is large enough, very clean, and has convenient and free parking. The hotel does not provide free bottled water, and the breakfast is self-service with a simple variety. The floor is not soundproofed well, and people upstairs can hear the sound of stepping on the floor when they get up.

I sent my daughter to Smith College nearby for summer school. I stayed in this hotel for three days before the end of the course. As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the cleanliness here: it was too clean! Every corner was almost spotless. Because I stayed at the Boston Airport Hilton Hotel for one night before coming here, and the cleanliness there made me complain. So I was surprised that every corner here was so clean. The breakfast variety is also good for such a small hotel. The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room, a gym, and even a small swimming pool. One day after breakfast, I went to the public bathroom on the first floor and found that it was so clean, and there was no water stain on the countertop. When I checked out, I applied for a delay of one hour, and the front desk helped me with it without hesitation. In fact, checking out at 12 o'clock was considered relatively late in the hotel. I don't know if I will have the opportunity to come to Northampton in the future. If I come, this will definitely be the hotel I choose.

Affordable and clean small town hotel, the room has a microwave, no kettle, big bed, the best accommodation near Smith college. Although there is breakfast, it can be ignored. The coffee is very weak and there is nothing to eat!
