Having read the reviews we thought we would take a visit. We were holidaying in Kalbarri so a little bit of a trip but glad we came. So nice to be able to bring our Frenchie Ziggy as there are no pubs in Kalbarri which allows dogs which is very disappointing. The lady behind the bar was very pleasant, food was good and plentiful.

These must be old pictures because it looked very run down in Sept 24 Went for dinner but was very disappointed very low standards in meals. Caesar salad was mesclun salad mix with a boiled egg on top, horrible everything else came from the freezer and deep fried Staff were pleasant .

Absolutely loved our stay. Very relaxing ambience in the courtyard. Rikki, Chris and staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Meals were fantastic, fresh and great value. Great location opposite the caravan park. Can't wait to come back.

This is one of Australia’s oldest hotels. You can visit for a drink on the verandah out front or courtyard garden at the rear or at the bar. We stayed for dinner and when one dish was not quite right the staff happily rectified the dish. Ok wine list and beers available. I believe they had rooms to rent but we did not see them. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The conveniently located Railway Tavern (across the road from our caravan park) was a pleasure to visit. We had a wonderful experience as the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was standard pub grub..delicious and filling. My steak was cooked perfectly. Had a chat with the owner and he told us all about the renovations he did after the cyclone..A really nice man who, with the help of family and friends, has rebuilt this iconic Tavern. If you go in the warmer months you will get to enjoy the beer garden.

We walked in for an early family dinner at 5pm on a Friday and were greeted by the friendly owner. He let us order & eat out in the beer garden even though it was a little chilly. Worked best for us, with an active 4yr old. We took advantage of the special, seafood basket with a pint. The lovely owner gave us a fruit drink box for our son. Food was well cooked with great service. The restoration after the cyclone is 💯 We will stop in again when we travel through!

The meal was excellent , staff very friendly and owner Ricky was very hands on was a great place to eat even took photos the cook has a great knowledge of food we will be coming here again highly recommend thank you Ricky and staff

Don’t waste your money. Took the family, all we could hear was the staff yelling/swearing at each other and we were sitting outside. Left after one drink. The decor/hotel is so far from a friendly country pub it’s not funny.

Best value for money. Walked in in hope to find rest for the night and Ricky was so welcoming and had room right available. Also decided to dine in and both fish and chips as well as chicken parmigiana was so good! Not to mention that the food came up very quickly. Room was ideal for a one night rest, everything that you need- bed and soft pillows along with towels and soap. Definitely recommend visiting!
