VERY nice place ! Very historical building. Very peasant owners. Friend and I stayed at this beautiful property for a weekend in July while attending a race weekend at Santa Pod Raceway. Very convenient location to attend race weekends at the Pod. Will be staying there for future events. A BIG thanks to owners Harvi and Ash for making our stay very enjoyable...... We booked the whole property for my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was fabulous. Not only is the house a beautiful backdrop it was also very comfortable. Harvi and Ash made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They even tidied up after us. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice: cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, bacon sandwiches, veggie sausage sandwiches and scrambled eggs - delicious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with lovely fluffy towels in the bathrooms We could not recommend this property and it’s owners more highly. We will definitely be back. Thank you Harvi and Ash for helping to make our daughter’s wedding so special

Very friendly and charming rural residence. Harvi treated us so well and was extremely kind and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Room very cosy, clean and comfortable with an air of old worldliness. The breakfast was excellent, all fruit organic and eggs free range. Out of all the places we've stayed, this is definitely on the top of the list and the best experience ever. This property has a fantastic old worldly charm to it with lots of history and I would highly recommend it for the celebration of any occasion. We'd like to thank Harvi for all her kindness and superb hospitality and for recommending places we could visit in the local area during our stay. I had a lovely stay in beautiful Ecton House. Harvi is such a welcoming host, nothing was too much trouble. The village is peaceful and the house has a lovely position opposite the church. My room was clean, tidy and very comfortable- and the welcome piece of cake was delicious!
