Holiday Inn NORTHAMPTON by IHG

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a large parking lot and a plentiful breakfast. Although the food is pretty much the same in every hotel, the decor and details were very well done. 👍

It was fine. I arrived fairly Late but the Room was fine. Breakfast was good too. I had a couple of Beers there was a massive selection but overall i would stay again the parking is free.

Great stay..... very nice staff, very clean room and comfortable beds. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The breakfast was excellent!!

Accessible room was good apart from having to go through very heavy fire doors to get to room so wouldn't manage alone. Couldn't have a shower due to to there only been a shower seat and not chair. Food at dinner and breakfast was lovely. Service was great at dinner but at breakfast I found one person wouldn't listen when I said no to things. I had carried my breakfast to the table was just about to put onto the table, it was taken out of my hand and put onto table without being me asked to where it nearly dropped on the floor. Handed our key back to reception 2 men working behind the desk seemed lovely but didn't ask how our stay was and just took the key off us. Must add though lady on reception when we arrived and during the evening was very welcoming, very helpful and so were thrle restaurant staff in the evening

Staff were very welcoming and pleasant, happy staff are always a good indicator. The rooms were a little dated but were very clean. Thorougly enjoyed breakfast, probably one of the best I've had as the food was hot and fresh (best scrambled eggs ever!).

We enjoyed our stay! Location was convenient, although the signage was not so bright when driving from the motorway during the night… i had to reverse after having passed by a few meters. I enjoyed the gym, which is small but good enough to stay fit 🫰. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing service, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating to our needs. Overall, a lovely experience and the hotel is in a very good location literally a 7 minute drive to the main ***** on wellingborough road where you can find various restaurants and bars.

The front desk lady is really helpful and polite, the room not really new but was comfortable, good experience, thank you

Friendly courteous staff, room was very clean though there was no complementary bottle of water. Bfast was very good. We got value for the money spent overall
