3 min walking from Russell Square underground station.
Or bus 14 nearby which can take you to lots of places.
Would definitely book this hotel again.

The room is nice according to its location. There is a fan if you come here in the summer. Just a little noisy because of the yard in the middle of the buildings.

The hotel environment was great, the room was huge and clean.
It is convenient using the Shackle app for check in/out and for the room key. But I think it is better to state that you have to pay a hotel guarantee if you want to use shackle for checking in.
The service from the staff was great, one of the staff did a great job for trying to teach us how to use my phone for keycard, but I would say the attitude from the security was quite bad? Cus when we arrived, he was just staring at us and didn’t even try to like greet us, so might give others a bad impression.
Overall, I would say I did have a great time in this hotel

Arrived earlier than my check in time and was greeted and assisted with a smile.
Checked in was easy and quick.
Staff was friendly. Except the hostess at the food hall.
Other than that I ll be back again whenever I visit.
