The price is relatively cheap. There are many restaurants downstairs to choose from. There is also a Tesco supermarket near the bus station. The room cleaning is generally acceptable, but bottled personal cleaning supplies are not provided.

Room was clean and very tidy as were all the public areas of the hotel, all of the staff were extremely held and friendly. Location was perfect for getting into central Norwich and also for the five minute walk from the train station. Would certainly stay again

A decent three-night stay in a very agreeable and attractive city. Hotel located off a somewhat lively if junky main drag. Hotel undergoing refurbishment so things in disarray, lift not working for a couple of days (which I didn't mind, in truth) and receptionist was helpful. My only small worry was when I returned after 1am and there was no one around but also access into building save for key card which took several tries before it worked, so not a major issue, just a mite unsettling at the moment. Ideally things will have improved once the refurb work is done.
