My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience.
Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention.
Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center.
Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive.

It wasn't easy to find the Hotel as it was around the back from the road.
Even I am deaf, I can hear a funny noises going on from the hallaway.
Cold water tap by the basin is leaking when turn on.
Apart of above, everything else was good, staff being helpful because of my deafness and provided me a flashy light and vibrating thing under the pillow !

The location is very good. It near bus stop going to city center, near retail park with supermarket like Morrison, near restaurants such as Yellows. The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night.

A little far of a walk from the clubs but not too bad. The desk man seemed a bit grumpy, whoever has good customer service. I called up several times with questions and they were always very nice over the phone. They have a 24hr front desk so, perfect for late check ins. However, early in the morning the cleaning crew tried to get in my room (but I had the top latch on, so they kept banging the door open and shut in attempts to take it off), and I had to get up to let them know I was still there. I was then told that in the system it said I had checked out an hour prior.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the view of the stadium is superb, as if you were in the stadium. The Wi-Fi connection in the room is smooth. There are no slippers and toothbrushes provided in the room. If necessary, you can get them at the reception desk. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and friendly. The facilities in the hotel are average, there is only one MiniGym, which is really a mini gym, but the best thing is that there is no one to compete with you. The breakfast is okay, you can order fried eggs and pancakes to order, and the reception staff in the restaurant are very friendly.
