"We staid twice at the Gondwana, the first was unexpected as we were redirected there as our flight to Ile des Pins got cancelled. Despite the circumstances the stay was made very pleasant by the lovely crew on site and the Manager Annabelle even helped us with rebooking the flight earlier which absolutely saved the day for us. The location is central but quiet, there is a lovely outside space with plants and a small waterwall to have breakfast or eat some take aways. Beds are very comfortable and all spaces are bright and clean. There is tea and coffee and hot water available for free. The second time was planned and just as pleasant. Dealing with everyone from front of the house to kitchen staff to manager has been delightful and they are all doing their best for you to enjoy your stay. Thank you Annabelle, Fanny, Maryse, Grazzy, Prisca, Tupoue and Kathia!!! Yes I wrote all of their names down as they all deserve to be praised for their friendliness and readiness to help!! We had a lovely stay there. Highly recommended."

"Average place for average price, You get what You pay. We had a famiky room for 4. It was spacious and clean. Furniture and bathroom little outdates and would like a refit. We asked for an early check in but the room was available at 13:00 hours… nkt really an early check in. The have a spacious and confortable living room for waiting, with an office which is good if You need to do some work."

"Location is absolutely beautiful and the snorkelling is insane! Every morning we snorkelled with over 10 turtles but beware of the sea snakes (they tend to swim away from you though.) Rooms were really nice and tidy too. Only down fall was the customer service and the food. Food was really expensive and not much variety."

"The staff were friendly and many spoke French and english. The Car parking under the hotel is good but an extra cost. The Latin Quarter doesn't have many restaurant open in the evenings though. Rooms werer tidy, basic and comfortable. The AirCon was OK, needed to use the ceiling fan as well to help cool the room down after being out for the day. The bathroom is kind of in the entry, with the toilet in a seperate area. Its functional, but a bit weird at first! My room had a privacy curtain to seperate the was basin, shower and entry from the rest of the room."

"Stayed four nights. Basic hotel could not book elsewhere as Noumea pretty busy over Easter. Couple of issues Booking a return transfer to airport which is like 45km away they had me being picked up at 1315 for a 1415 international flight I tried booking direct much cheaper 2500 not 3600 the hotel charges 44% more Le Village close by good for food and beverage Cafe next door good for breakfast Rooms serviced in good time each day Room safe did not work informed them on day one Nothing done I just gave up English French used a lot to justify nothing being done"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beaurivage! The location is unbeatable — right across from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The area is also full of fantastic food and beverage options, so you'll never run out of places to eat or grab a drink. The hotel’s amenities were solid. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. I also appreciated the bag storage service — it made things much easier on check-in and check-out days. One standout feature was the bathroom — excellent water pressure and the temperature control was spot on, making showers super refreshing. Overall, Hotel Beaurivage offers a great mix of location, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!"

"If you're staying in Noumea, New Caledonia, this is a fantastic location! We stayed here for the last two days of our 6-day trip. We didn't use the pool, but the beach was right there, the views were great, and restaurants were just a 2-3 minute walk away. The area felt safe, and we were very satisfied. There were three bedrooms, and though there were only two of us, we almost had too much space! The cleaning staff didn't seem to be fluent in English, but they were very friendly and communicated with gestures. The front desk also helped us book a shared shuttle bus to the airport, which was a huge help. For some reason, I couldn't charge my phone unless the bedside light was on; even though there was a separate switch for it, I couldn't turn it off. So I ended up sleeping with the light on. 😂😭"
