Easy checkin at desk. Staff was very welcoming, efficient. Easy to park garage. Very nice indoor pool in basement with hot tubs . We enjoyed swimming. Also had good breakfast buffet.

We stayed there for four nights. The rooms are clean with helpful staff. We visited the ****** only for the restaurant. The ****** and the hotel are at opposite ends, which made the hotel fairly quiet. The parking is free. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. The only minor issue was our room got quite hot even though we had turned the heat off. We solved this problem by opening the window.

Dopo l'ultima esperienza non credo ci metterò più piede, Hotel ormai datato con tante cose da rivedere, festeggia i 30 anni...ma li dimostra tutti!!! Scordatevi una notte con la famiglia perché le camere sono solo doppie...anche se le spacciano per triple! Cuscini alti mezzo metro...improponibile dormire!! Moquette macchiata...

Essendo un giocatore di poker sono stato negli anni passati ad oggi molte volte all hotel Perla and ****** a Nova Gorica , e devi dire che il livello e sempre molto alto , pulizia e confort sono dei migliori , hanno vari ristoranti dove scegliere le varie cucine che offrono , hanno migliorato anche la ristorazione facendo una pizzeria . I servizi sono ottimi, il bar è economicissimo, il ristorante è a buon prezzo. Nel raggio di 80 km c'è molto da vedere. La cittadina è molto tranquilla, giovane, silenziosa, poco traffico, e molto verde. Un posto per scaricare la tensione

Struttura totalmente carente su più fronti. Assente il servizio valet ai tavoli da gioco, così come in poker room (faccio riferimento alla partecipazione Main Event ISOP del 4 novembre). Lasciata mancia cospicua al valet per il parcheggio macchina intorno alle16.00 del pomeriggio, ci viene detto con maleducazione al termine della giornata di torneo che il servizio di valet non è attivo nelle ore notturne, vengo perciò invitata a procedere da sola al ritiro dell'auto, percorrendo quindi 3 piani sotterranei di garage (intorno alle 2.30 di notte). Quello che più mi ha irritata è stata la scortesia e l'indifferenza dello staff alle mie rimostranze; staff che un tempo era inappuntabile per cortesia ed educazione e rappresentava un punto di forza della struttura. Gestione attuale pessima e miserevole. Bocciato.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte venerdì scorso prendendo una doppia e una tripla spendendo 420 euro.La mattina quando siamo andati a pagare i poco cortesi e antipatici che stanno alla hall ci hanno addebitato 5 euro per cose prese al frigo bar per un soggiorno fatto 9 anni fa.Giusto per far capire a sta gentaglia che stesso la sera ho vinto 500 euro ad una slot ho dato 20 euro di mancia ad un dipendente.Non ci passeremo nemmeno più con la macchina avanti a questo hotel miserabili come questi non ne ho mani visto in vita mia.A mai più

La permanenza al Perla è stata più che buona . Unica pecca è che il servizio della colazione finisce 20 minuti prima delle 11.00. Iniziano a togliere tutto ancora quanto ci sono i clienti e già prima della fine del sevizio non c’erano più brioche e non le hanno nemmeno rimesse

Come ogni nostra visita lasciamo la macchina al parcheggio x non uscire per tutto il soggiorno! Mini vacanza completa di ogni comfort e coccola di ogni tipo! Staff sempre efficiente e sempre presente! Fiore all'occhiello il ristorante "Calipso"
