Hotel muito bem localizado e o atendimento das pessoas é muito bom, muito agradável. O quarto também era bom, muito espaçoso e com uma vista linda da lagoa dos ingleses. O que precisa melhorar é o banheiro, pois a porta não ficava na posição de aberta, sempre fechava. A qualidade das toalhas não é condizente com o valor das diárias cobrado.

Excelente hotel, com ótimo café da manhã, próximo a restaurantes. Uma observação, é que tudo ao redor fecha às 23h por ser dentro de um condomínio. Recomendo 100%

Sempre tive vontade de conhecer a Lagoa dos Ingleses e fiquei encantada.
O hotel superou minhas expectativas, eu amei voltaria outras vezes com certeza.

Muito boa a hospedagem, conforme o esperado e de acordo com as fotos, pessoal simpáticos, café da manhã muito bom e quarto super aconchegante, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a sauna, não estava funcionado, falaram que iriam arrumar, mas que seria somente no outro dia, mesmo assim também não arrumaram, na verdade não derão muito atenção, tirando isso foi boa a hospedagem, eu recomendo.

Contratei um quarto de frente para a lagoa. Me entregaram um de frente para o estacionamente.
Me cobraram uma diferença de tarifa para mudar de quarto.
O Hotel ainda necessita de reforma na região das quadras e treinamento dos atendentes da recepção.
