We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!

The structure of the hotel is very good. The mattress and pillows are not good, I woke up several times at night with neck pain. Breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary.
It is worth a cost-benefit of R$600.00 per night maximum.

Great hotel, complete facilities. Very good breakfast. Heated pools. Large room, very good bathroom. The only good thing is the availability of valet parking. You have to plan to wait a few minutes.
