In the shower cabin, there are black molds on the silicone edge of the tiles, and the same case is in the room next to us, where the rest of the family was (rooms 110 and 111). A real shame because the silicone changes within 15 minutes. There is no water for guests in the rooms, but it is charged €2 per 1/2 liter from the mini bar. In the hotel bar, I asked for a glass of water with the wine we ordered, they don't want to pour water from the tap and lie that it's not for drinking, and charge for water in plastic bottles. By the way, we know for a fact that the city authorities have asked that as much drinking water as possible be used from the taps, in order to reduce the use of plastic bottles, so the water from the taps is for drinking ofcourse. . We always stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel, it has never happened that there is no drinking water for the guests! There are no kettles for water, tea, instant coffee in the rooms... There were one disposable slippers for two guests in the room, one disposable slippers for three guests in the other room The breakfast is good, there is enough choice, but more fruit is missing. The coffee at breakfast is from a machine and is terrible. We received a recommendation for this hotel and were disappointed.

We like this nicely hotel, friendly staff, very good breakfast, everythings is clean, excellent bar with great toast and cafe. If you ask my daughter, small minus is - hotel isn't pet firendly and our shi-tzu Blue must stay at home. Of course, hotel is on great location. Train is very good model of travel to Venezia, just 40 min. from San Dona di Piave to St.Lucia.

Very good hotel , very clean and good organize. Close to the highway and enough far from noise . Fine and reach breakfast. Good for pause in travelling for business and with family or alone.Nice and kind personal. Especially Mrs. Giovanna at a reception ＞＞＞

Great for 1 night stay. Staff is professional and kind, willing to help. Breakfast is better than expected, nice variety of food. Very clean and tidy. Room is outdated but clean and comfortable having in mind price and rate.

The rooms could be a liitle larger but satisfactory and clean. Modern design in the room. The TV does not have any english speaking channels or connectivity with laptop. The shower cabin could not fit a fat person.

Super Location for the shopping in the outlet - walking distance ( 5 min ). Incredible hospitality of the personnel on the reception .Nice /Clean rooms but not very spacious ! Good breakfast ! Swimming pool for the extra money !

Not my first time to this hotel and definitely not my last. Very good value for money. The breakfast is excellent and located just off the autostrada. Easy free parking and good free internet. The room was full of light and the outdoor pool has a beautiful setting well done to all the staff
