Very good location in the center of Nozawa Onsen. For dinner, go to an izakaya and an Italian restaurant within a 30-second walk. In addition, you can access the play road (escalator) to Hikage Slope in about 5 minutes on foot. And it's a 10-second walk to the public bath "Oyu"!
The staff was friendly and introduced me to nearby facilities.
This time we stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, but the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of menus to choose from at the cafe right below. I am very satisfied with the quality of the breakfast that you would get at a resort hotel in Europe and the United States.

施設は新しくは無いですが、オシャレなカフェやバーなどが施設内にあり朝ごはんはそのオシャレなカフェで種類が多いセットから
一品と飲み物を選べました。1500円相当のもの朝ご飯がついてくるだけでも、お得な気分になりました。
また、スノボをしに行きましたが、ゲレンデから１０分かからなくて、ゲレンデも遊歩道がありそこは歩くエスカレーターなので、実質歩くのは５分くらいでした。
スノボのセットを出し入れが裏から入って置いとける場所があり、そこには暖房が入っていて乾かせる部屋があります。いちいち準備しなくてよいので楽ちんでした。
一つ残念なのは、部屋は2階でそこまでいくのにかなり廊下が長く階段も何回かあり、簡単に忘れ物をしたくはないな、、って思ってしまいました。ユニットバスなので、お風呂は温泉街に行きました。温泉はシャワーないので気をつけた方が良いと思います。
外人の方が8割で異国に来た感じで楽しかったです。
また機会があれば伺いたいです。

非常に良いロケーションでした。
大雪の中でしたが、買い物も温泉も夕食やちょい飲みも全く気軽に歩けます。
家族5人で2泊しましたが、室内も広くて快適、若干壁が薄いのか隣の音が気になりましたが、それ以外は静かで快適でした。
スタッフの方も気さくに応じてくれました。朝食も素敵なレストランで、メニューも割とあり美味しかったです。是非また利用したいです。

近くで開催されるトレイルランニングのレース前日に宿泊させてもらいました。
金曜日夕方から土曜日早朝にかけての短い間でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごせました。
外湯もすぐ近くにあり、シャンプー・ボディーソープの貸し出しもありがたかったです。
朝食付きプランで予約しましたが、翌日の出発が深夜3時だったので朝食が食べれないなぁと思い、ご無理を言って相談したところ、気を利かせていただき携帯しやすいようにおにぎりを出していただきました。
臨機応変に対応いただけたのもすごくありがたかったです（朝とレース中に食べました！）。
また是非利用させていただきたいです。
ホテルの裏の駐車場に停める場合は細い路地に入るので大きい車だとキツイですが、近くに広めの？停められる駐車場もあるみたいです。
（あの辺りは土地柄しょうがないですね）

温泉地中心部にしてはリーズナブルに滞在できて外湯2箇所が目の前にあり、雨でも朝イチに入浴する気になりました。
1Fカフェの朝食サービスはボリュームもあってとても美味しかったです。（サンドイッチ＆珈琲を頂きました）
お部屋について気になった点は2つあります。
・部屋に服用ハンガー及びかける所が無い
・ポットとコーヒーカップはあるがインスタント系のお茶やコーヒーなどのネタが見当たらない（あったら嬉しい！）
敷地外駐車場へのアクセスは*******アナウンスメールを確認しナビをセットしたが狭い道をグルグル周り諦めました。早々にフロントで確認する事をオススメ。丁寧に案内してくれますよ。コスパ重視ならオススメ。
