We were there for 5 days, the idea of the hotel is very cool, the views are very beautiful and the staff tries to do everything possible and that's it. The rooms are terrible, the air conditioner did not work, the hot water broke down incorrectly and was not fixed, we went to open and close it ourselves to wash (the room they gave us was very old, there were no towels, we went and asked. Breakfast is just a name, you can say that it does not exist!!! If you arrive at 10 o'clock there is no coffee! Even climbing up is difficult, the bungalow is shaking from the air conditioner, I could not sleep, there was garbage next to us, a monkey dragged it right along the roof and along the veranda, a nightmare. And the idea of the hotel is great! The territory is not cleaned at all, as well as the room is not cleaned until you ask, I do not understand now that for such money there was no rest, only running to the reception with problems!!!

The Ocean beach resort must be one of the greatest places on earth to relax. The friendly staff, the great food and perfect location makes for a lovely stay. When the tide hits the swimming is perfect and if you want to take a trip with the canoe there are plenty to rent/borrow. We had the "family" villa which was perfect for our family of four. There are a lot of stairs but no problems for us. Everyone in the staff did everything to makes us feel at home during our 3 nights stay. We'll be ack!

This resort is overpriced in comparison to other Koh Jum resorts. The resort is located on a hillside with over 200 steps to get from the road to the reception at sea level. To get to the resort you must travel along a dirt road which is rutted, steep in places and strewn with small rocks. Taxi is the best way to get here and if you choose to hire a scooter take extreme care on this road. I stayed here for 3 nights and found the lacotion to be peacful. The cottages are set up the hillside in a well established area of trees. The resort shows many signs of needing maintenance, probably stemming from the COVID closure of over 2 years. However, the two resorts nearby are much better maintained. The food at the resort is average, I ate dinner here each night, but the breakfast is unacceptable for the price you pay. Very poor selection of items. If you are looking to stay in one place for your stay, prepared to put up with the run down nature of the resort then this is a great place to unwind. If not, and you want to explore the island and go to different cafes etc. I suggest staying somewhere else. There are monkeys here but they did not cause me any trouble. The pool is a good size but with clear signs of algae growing on the walls. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi is not good at all and certainly not high speed. I take into account that Koh Jum is a very uncommercialised island but this resort needs to do better.

Hi , I would like to leave an honest review of this resort, I travelled with a group of nine of us two family's with kids all over the age of ten. Firstly the resort is in a beautiful location off the beaten track with a stunning backdrop, we arrived by longboat directly to the resort from the mainland after a stay in Koh Lanta. The resort overall does not unfortunately represent any value for money, It's disappointing as many other resorts seem to thrive in similar situations. The breakfast was nothing short of unacceptable, a very poor selection of food so we decided to eat next door and pay for it. The same goes across the board for this resort , Its has super potential and with good management it would be a great place to stay. Hopefully the future will bring its potential.

This resort had recently re opened after 2 years during COVID . The staff and catering were very satisfactory considering the resort had fallen in complete disrepair with wild monkeys,dangerous walkways, electrical connections etc, no apparent health and safety, deshevelled buildings power cuts and roads impassable to the extent we had to wade out into the sea to be able to leave.

Construction noise in Hotel all day and until 2 am at night, which made it inpossible to relax at all. We weren't informed beforehand, which should be the bare minimun!Hotel overall in a really bad shape. No Wifi working in room, hardly working in public ares. Room wasn't cleaned once during a 4 night stay, water not refilled e.g. Breakfast is really bad! You get slices of toast and sausage, excpexted alot more for the price. Also, breakfast is promoted a different way on homepage and ***********. Room very filthy and smelled musty. Check in staff very unpleasant, nothing was explained and we felt like a burden when we asked for Wifi password, breakfast hours e.g. There are better options in Koh Jum, do not choose this Hotel.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the atmosphere is very private, the service staff is excellent. I really liked the customer and my girlfriend asked for a hotel to arrange a surprise for them and the hotel arranged it beautifully. If there is a chance, I will definitely go again. I recommend that you come here at least once.

First of all: The 'manager' responsible for the guests named Khao promises a lot and in the end keeps the money he is not entitled to for himself. We contacted him several times and to this day have not gotten our money back! In addition: the facility is dirty, dilapidated and completely run down. We booked a honeymoon villa and received a musty, dark, dirty bungalow with no loungers. In the bathroom we found whole clumps of black hair (we are both blonde) in front of a bathtub that definitely hadn't been cleaned in two years. In addition, there was a constant power outage during the day and a closed road, so we couldn't even leave the resort. The pool area is really disgusting, as is the terrace in front of the bar. There are no options (like in the pictures) for lying on the beach because there are no loungers available. But as I said: the most impossible thing about the whole accommodation is simply Khao, who acts so incredibly friendly.
