"This is our second stay at Nattha Waree. We are hot spring fans so this is a must stop for us before departing to Krabi airport. Location wise, it’s far from Ao Nang and a taxi is quite expensive. I wouldn’t recommend if your goal is to visit Krabi town/beach unless you are a large group that can share the taxi costs. Great location to get to the airport quickly and spend some time relaxing in the many hot springs. Food was much better than I expected so we didn’t mind that it’s the only place to eat. The nearest 7-11 is a 20 min walk away. Some of the hot spring pools were a little murky but they were cleaned the next day we arrived and were perfect. There were very few guests using the pools/springs so we were very happy to have them mostly to ourselves. Be careful to remove jewelry before entering the springs because they may tarnish. We booked the room with jacuzzi and private hot spring which is a must for us. Looking forward to staying again in the future."

"Our stay at Koh Jum Beach Villas was amazing! 10 days was not enough! I cannot say enough about all the wonderful staff! Booking direct online was easy and Mandy was very prompt to respond email questions. The resort handled all the transportation from/to Krabi airport which was helpful not having to figure that all out! Upon arrival we were met by staff and the manager for a tour and escorted to our beautiful villa for a welcome drink! Very nice touch! This was our 20th wedding anniversary and staff made it special! The villas are beautiful and well equipped. Umbrellas, beach mats, outlet adapters, etc - everything you may need is thought of! Each day the staff come and open the windows and doors and then in the evening close it up. Of course if you don't want it open or closed just let them know. Staff is extremely accommodating with whatever you want! Fresh bottled water is provided in your room daily. The food was amazing and again, the staff was very accommodating with our vegan dietary needs. Excellent curries and stir-fries! They even made sure to have some almond milk in the villa for our morning coffee! They certainly make you feel special! The bar staff are wonderful, made some tasty drinks, and are quite entertaining! We had a great time with them! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is lovely and peaceful, great for long walks! It can be rocky at low tide. The staff are out cleaning the beach daily as rubbish does wash ashore. The resort's beach was the best maintained on our walks. We rented a scooter and drove all over the island one day. The island is small so easy to get around and see it all! We also did the speed boat trip to Koh Rok and Koh Haa. While more expensive, it was worth it! The staff on the boat were excellent providing us a nice lunch on the beach. Again, accommodating our vegan diet. The snorkeling was excellent and they gave us a lot of time in the water. The tuk-tuk tour was awesome to learn about the island including rubber making and longboat building. The tour guide had great knowledge! Massages at the resort were top-notch, very relaxing! It was so nice to get away from reality at such a peaceful and relaxing place. The resort even provided mosquito repellant! The little pests were not bad during our stay but we did use the repellant. The bed also has netting on it. A mosquito ring that you can burn is also in your villa and various spots around the resort. You will encounter some insects in your room and outdoor shower but no big deal. That is just to be expected. In conclusion, our visit to Koh Jum Beach Villas was amazing! The staff make your stay a wonderful experience and we miss their smiles! The island, the people, and the villas are a very special place that we hope to visit again!"

"Great, relaxed stay at Krabi Boat Lagoon. We booked 3 days to take some time out and relax and we did just that. The pods are really cool, nice and clean and great facilities including fridge, sink, plates/cutlery ect. Nice little balcony to sit and have a coffee on of a morning. We used the small fitness suite while there and spent our time in the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. There is one restaurant on site which does really nice food and drinks. It does close between 2-5pm but theres a small coffee counter set up with really good iced coffee (extremely cheap as well!). This location is extremely remote. This didn't bother us as we were here to relax. We did rent a bike off the restaurant owner to travel out a bit and you can organise a taxi into Krabi town for roughly 800bht (we shared with another couple splitting the cost). 7/11 store is roughly 5km away and there is one or two restaurants maybe 10km away as well."

"We chose here as we needed to be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. It had all we needed….air conditioning, WiFi, a comfortable space and good shower…..very quiet and private. We got a Grab taxi(via the app) to the airport. It probably isn’t close to amenities but we didn’t need this. There was use of a TV also but we didn’t use this."

"Let me start by saying that upon arrival we learned about an upgrade to our room category. Thank you very much. The hotel itself is very green, cozy with white bungalows. A nice pool with cool water. It's pleasantly refreshing in the heat. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A wonderful observation deck in the restaurant area from which it's nice to watch the sunsets. The restaurant itself, unfortunately, was not open, the staff said it was low season. Indeed, there aren't many guests at the hotel, one day it seems we were the only ones in the hotel. Breakfasts were served at the reception, simple but tasty. The beach is picturesque, but you need to be careful when swimming because of the rocks, but you can swim even at low tide. There are cafes nearby. Shops are about 500 meters away. Rock bar is nearby on the shore, a very positive bartender and an atmospheric place."

"Very good! Breakfast was very generous and tasty. Ideal if you rent a scooter in the village of Koh Jum, which is right next door (where the ferry arrives)."

"The hotel is good, the sea is 15 meters. The owner Adul does everything for the convenience of the guests, for which he is grateful from me! The reef was good, but now the corals have died in the majority. The fish have not left. There are young corals, but very few. Everything is new in the house, everything works. If snorkeling is not Ko Jum, but otherwise everything is good."
