This hotel is way too expensive for the quality and service you get. It's about 50% more expensive than every hotel or guest house we stayed in throughout Uzbekistan and by far the worst place we stayed. The breakfast was not very good, and the shower was a joke--a bathtub without a shower curtain you stand in and can't help but get water all over the floor. The bed was hard and the room wasn't nicely decorated nor comfortable in any way. Plus, they charged us 100,000 UZS (about $8 US) for an early check in. They wanted 150,000, but I complained and they reduced it. We've checked in early in two other hotels in Uzbekistan and no one ever mentioned an extra charge. I think the owners are money-hungry and working off their old reputation. We stayed here the night before our Aral Sea trip and then in a private apartment in Nukus after our trip which was infinitely more comfortable, nicer and cheaper. Stay away from this place.

Comfortable inn with great staff. They took care of us in every way. Large clean room with a sitting area. Breakfast offered lots of options. Omelets and fried eggs were made upon request. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and the museum. The inn is a little dated.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my two week trip to Uzbekistan. I wish I had reason to stay longer in this hotel. I recommended the hotel to others. Everything is done well with the traveler in mind. I also booked 2 day trips with Ayim Tours which was great. Price was reasonable, location central, room well equipped, nice lounge areas, water provided free, staff were friendly and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. Thank you.

When I arrived to check in, they told me they had no rooms available: they said they expected me the next day. I showed my email correspondence which very clearly stated I had reserved for today. They made a phone call and got me a room at a nearby hotel. Other hotel was not as nice and was more expensive, but I had no choice since Jipek Joli Inn had no rooms.

Albergo adatto a una sosta breve per la visita della città Non aspettatevi chissà quali camere ma sono ampie e pulite . Certo qualche modifica per ammodernare il tutto non ci starenbe male ma comunque c'è tutto quello che serve compreso wi fi libero e ben funzionante. Colazione non proprio da italiani ma tutto sommato sufficiente .

Hôtel reposant dans une ville sans grand intérêt (hors certains sites pas loin et son aéroport) Le style de l'hôtel surprend au milieu de bâtiments sans charme Excellent accueil et service souriant Chambre grande, bien équipée, sans beaucoup de charme Le plus, c'est la grande terrasse intérieure avec tables et boissons (prix plutôt élevés) à disposition Petit déjeuner sans grands reliefs

sinceramente non avevo grandi aspettative da questo hotel...avevamo solo bisogno di fare una tappa tra Khiva e Moynaq, senza spendere troppo... camera con letti comodi, bagno pulito e buona scelta a colazione la mattina dopo... hanno provato a fare i furbi proponendoci un transfer per Moynaq a un prezzo assurdo, fortunatamente non siamo caduti nel tranello

Un excellent établissement dans une ville sans charme. Chambre spacieuse, fonctionelle et très propre. Le personel est accueillant, de bon conseil et attentif. Le petit plus: l'hôtel travaille avec une compagnie qui organise les excursions (et autres transports) dans les environs et qui s'est avérée fiable et d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix Belle adresse.
