The water sprayed in the morning was not hot, so I couldn't wash my hair. But the breakfast is good. Very fresh and filling. Even though we didn’t have time to eat, they packed the food for us to take away. If you don't care about the water temperature, everything else is fine.

The hotel is conveniently located in the new left bank area of Astana, very close to the Victory Arch and the Botanical Garden Park. The hotel room was relatively small. I was given a corner room on the second floor. Because there was an outdoor wall on the other side, the room was a little cold. The house is heated in winter. The bathroom has a shower, and the shower door cannot be closed. You have to be careful not to spray water out, so the shower is not very enjoyable. The toiletries only include toothbrushes and toothpaste, except for large bottles of shampoo and body wash. The slippers are very thin and crude. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but there are two bottles of complimentary mineral water. I woke up late in the morning and didn't have breakfast. I can't comment on the quality of dinner. The overall feeling is that it is a notch lower than Hampton Inn in first-tier cities in China. With this hardware, the price is slightly higher. Check-out was delayed for half an hour at noon, and the front desk readily agreed. The overall service is good, but the hardware level is slightly average.
