Very bad check in process. Location to collect keys are not updated and we had to be redirected to another condo, which is a 5min drive from the actual place, and another 5 min drive to the place of stay. Very inconvenient for people who are not driving cars.
Room and bathroom has defects. The bathroom cabinet doors are broken before we check in. There is no place to put our own soap. Room condition is not the same as what was advertised. Hair dryer feels like it is going to explode anytime. Woke up with bad sinus and the smell of the room is overpowering with artificial fragrance for the few days of stay. Overall experience is ruin.
Nice facade at the lobby and the security guard is helpful and friendly but they are unable to assist with the check in due to the confusing process as well.
