A good hotel located on the outskirts of the city, Noeva Elya is very comfortable, clean, comfortable rooms, some rooms have their own small garden, a neat small pool, a good restaurant, a varied choice of dishes, clean, friendly staff, I recommend visiting.

A great hotel situated amongst the lovely vegetable fields and tea gardens. Great service, great food and great people. Very attentive staff making sure that all of your needs are met. A lovely infinity po and day spa service as well. Definetly worth a visit.

One of the most beautiful and well serviced properties we have been to in Srilanka. Truly a gem in all aspects of services including the food, room amenities and the great views. Friendly staff round it off as a perfect getaway. Longer stay recommended!

The rooms are well cleaned, the scenery from the room window is nice. The plants are fresh colorful and vibrant. The essentials in the rooms are good. Good response to calls but one thing is that it takes time and in night the service is not good

We had an excellent stay of 2 days. We were a group of 8 family members. The facilities, dining, location, service were all excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful! One of our family members had health issues and they helped us with suitable seating arrangements for the group for the meals.

Amazing staff, delicious food and exotic ambience. Pristine This has been one of my best experiences at a hotel. I will definitely come here again. My wife also was very happy with the experience we both had. The people are great here and made sure we felt loved.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. Very thoughtfully and tastefully designed rooms (it's also a fairly new hotel). Staff were generally friendly and helpful enough, food was slightly above average quality but generous. Location is a bit out of the way since it's 15-20 mins drive to nuwaraeliya, but if you've got a car and driver and want a quieter location it's fine. Perhaps management could ask the staff to be quieter in the hallways at night time. I'd definitely return just because I found it value for money and comfortable and not pretentious (as a few places are in Nuwaraeliya).. Tip: ask for a room with a decent view to ghe front or side, mine overlooked a cabbage patch!
