Everything was great. We loved our stay. It feels like a home, surrounded by nature. The place has a great energy. It was extremely clean, the bed comfortable, nice garden (especially when the sun comes in the morning). The bathroom seems new with a great show. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed a sri lankan dinner cooked by the owner, it was very tasty and you could sense how fresh the ingredients are. The owner was very friendly, polite, always making sure we have everything we need. He also helped us to organize our day trip. We will be back!

lily bank cottage owner Mr.priyantha is a very helpful person. I went 10th of April to nuwaraeliya. i got a big, clean and comfortable room. after checked in he serve hot coffee and snacks for us. when we want something, he quickly responded to us. I would recommend this place for future travelers for a vacation.

This is a hidden gem without a doubt, very clean, very stylish, has a fireplace, which is very great in this kind of climate. The owner is super friendly and please a lot of attention to the details. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in this homestay. The owners are a very beautiful family who were very helpful to us. They served lovely breakfasts and a delicious dinner. Room is spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, and shower was fantastic. Nuwara Eliya is a great town with much more temperate climate than all other Sri Lankan towns we have visited.

This 2 roomed guest house above the Town of Nuwara Eliya was set in a pretty tropical garden above the owners home. The owner couldn't have been more friendly or helpful or attentive. We were given biscuits or cake with pots tea. On departure day, we asked the owner late for a taxi and he arranged a car with a friend who arrived as quickly as he could and our host came along. He was helpful with the luggage and wanted to ensure we caught our train from Nanuoya to Ella ok. The rooms were done very nicely with extra touches, ornaments, pictures, lily in vase and sink and shower quite modern.

Der Empfang mit feinem Tee und Ingwergebäck, die Einrichtung des Zimmers, die ausgezeichneten Betten, die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und das fantastisch feine Essen sind schlicht einmalig. Ich hoffe für diese einmalig begabte Familie, dass sich die Situation im Tourismus bald erholt, dass bald wieder kostendeckende Preise gefordert werden können und dass sich das tolle finanzielle und arbeitsmässige Engagement dieser sympathischen Leute wieder lohnt.
