We (Nuwaraeliya Hospital- blood bank) came for a blood donation camp organized by the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Their hospitality and care really stood out. The arrangements were well organized, and the food provided was delicious and much appreciated after donating. Overall, it was a great experience . thank you to the team for making it so pleasant and memorable!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely come back again.

I really had a great time here., enjoy the food and especially the staff, very cooperative and friendly. Mr. Sandeepa , Samadi, Madusanka were the staff members with whom I really had a great time talking and discussing about the trip. I would definitely recommend to visit this hotel if you are planning to visit Nuwara Eliya.

Great experience at the Ripon grand hill. Staffs were welcoming friendly and accomodating our last minute requests. Cinnamon tea on welcome arrival was a awesome touch to Sri Lankan hospitality. Hotel room is clean, restaurant staffs were helpful and took care of us. Dinner buffet with continental portions were authentic and delicious. Chef Bandara senarat prepared delicious Sri Lankan Kiribath and curries made our stay even more special.

We were at Hotel Ripon Grand Hill in Nuwara Eliya in the month of May'2025. The place is having good ambience , and one can see view of Hills from room balcony. The staff were supportive and helping us in any requirements. A special thanks to Executive Chef Minhaz for taking personal care of our food and taste. He knows Hindi and interacted with us so friendly. Personally asking for spices flavour, taste etc. The meals were delicious, specially the bakery part. We appreciate his attention. Overall, it was a great experience. If time permits, we will visit again in future.

It was a beautiful hotel close to Nuwaraeliya City and very convenient to reach all. Places from there. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the service was great. Delicious foods with a variety as well as beverages. Must mention specially they look after Drivers very well and accommodate them comfortably.

We had to awsome nights here. The whole crew was wonderfully. The kitchen stafs, chef, romguys everybody. We enjoyed and feeled welcome. Kitchen chef even made us our beloved dishes as wished. Poori for the kids and seeni sambol for us.
