It is the so big hotel. Room also. We are the breakfast here. The buffet is good.

A very good experience in a hotel in nuwara eliya( araliya red ) for the last 2 days . We were looked after very well in the restaurant by the senior supervisor jagath and his team and there service was very quick and friendly. We'll definitely come back again next time .

This little boy '" Kavi " very present and heart touched person ,he has a beautiful smile ,superb clean and neat works and very active boy ,he done his works very quickly but carefully ,he has a good career this way ,i wish to you your life 💐keep it up good works go ahead 👍👍👍

Check in 28/3 Check out 1/4 I had a wonderful stay here to visit the sights of Nuwara Eliya. At the time of my visit, it was pre-awurudu so it was relatively quiet, I'd heard this is where many locals come for their new year staycation because of the much more manageable climate! My room was clean and comfortable, plenty of choice for buffet breakfast and dinner (I had half board), in a gorgeous building with stunning views on the view deck overlooking the town and Lake Gregory. And the reception staff were lovely to chat with every day. They also arranged a brilliant tuktuk driver, Samara, for me who really looked after me on all my day trips. If you need a reliable tuk driver who knows and is passionate about the local area, ask for Samara 🙏😊 I asked for an early morning breakfast box for a morning hike in Horton Plains, but there was a bit of miscommunication and I was given chicken sandwiches instead of cheese, when I don't eat meat 🙈 Still had enough to eat with the pastries, fruit etc, and Laxman - the Operations Manager - put things right for me immediately on my return with complimentary lunch to apologise. My thanks to you 🙏😊 This didn't overshadow my time here at all. Finally, I want to give my deepest thanks to Naduni, FOH in the restaurant. My stay at this hotel was the first stop on a 3-week solo journey through Sri Lanka, which can feel daunting! But Naduni's warmth whenever I attended the restaurant eased those fears. She works especially hard with humility, courtesy, friendliness and deep pride. My time in Nuwara Eliya was all the more enjoyable thanks to her kindness and care. A.C.M SALMAN provided exceptional service during my visit to the common buffet hall. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor enhanced my dining experience significantly. From promptly clearing dishes to offering menu suggestions, Salman's service was impeccable. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

The restaurant / banquet staff and Manager and made us comfortable and provided very good service, particularly Mr. Santhush Silva and Mr. D.M.Jagath… The food was excellent, especially the veg salads… The rooms were huge, clean and provided a good scenic view… I will surely revisit Nuwara Eliya for longer holidays for the pleasant experience I had during my 2 days stay at Araliya Red Hotel.

Kaveesha attached to F&B is a great asset to the hotel. She is always pleasant and ever ready to serve her customers. Well done Kaveesha. Keep it up. The hotel is nice. Good food. Lobby staff is great. Overall the staff is really good. One suggestion to improve is to make sure that the heated pool is warm enough. This should be checked regularly. Thanks

Very good overall experience. We "the best" waitress we've ever seen here. Her name is Kaveesha and she's always very happy to help! Always a very pleasant face to see. Always feel welcomed when she's around. Great hire by Araliya Red in my opinion

The hotel is excellent nice food, there is also a coffee shop and a souvenir boutique. the bedroom is spacious pillows great. We enjoyed it so much bathroom with All the amenities needed. There is also a spa that you need to booked in advanced xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
