Nice stay in the family room of the Queenswood hotel. The place is looking a bit tired but the restaurant was good and the room cosy. Pool table was a bonus.

Everything was perfect. It is near from village. It is a bit cold, so i recommend to bring something warm. But food and atmosphere was so friendly. Personal was super worries abaut beeing comfortable. We would recommend this place a lot. Also, the hotel offered yo our driver a economic Room. Price-quality was fantastic.

Great beds super comfortable / food excellent quality . Good place to stay if you like order . Has a pool table but only available for over 15 year olds . Restaurant - giant portions / good quality curries ans pasta

Nice hotel at walking distance from the city center . Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and restaurant in the hotel is of reasonable quality and you getting an amazing 59% discount. I would recommend lunch there. Some less good things: pool table room always close la at 2200, WiFi is sub standard and they don’t serve alcohol. So don’t come back to enjoy a game of pool with a beer after your night out

The staff were courteous and helpful The place is clean and full of character. Location is very good.The food is very good and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend less for any family or travellers A place we would like to stay again

The hotel staff were professional and very welcoming … we enjoyed the rooms, very cozy… the breakfast staff were very kind with the our kids as well as our selfs… we would like to thank Mr. Mahendran and Mr. Croos for the top excellent service and guide tour advice. We will be back for sure and recommend this accommodation for anyone who visits. Note: the food is all halal making it a perfect choice for Muslims.

This place was lovely. Great room snd bathroom, very clean. The little restaurant served beautiful food a. Nd breakfast was great, thank you Tom Cruz and other staff. The manager was dp helpful and took us for the train in his Tuk Tuk on the morning we left. Great location. DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER THAN THIS HOTEL. stayed 2 nights from 1wth 13th March

The room was very dark and the soft furnishings were very tired and tatty looking. We did not find staff very welcoming on arrival . We ate at the restaurant on site but were the only people in there. Note that no alcohol is served here. Breakfast did not start until 8am which is late for getting out on trips. We needed to leave at 8:30 so turned up promptly at 8 which we had mentioned at dinner the night before and there was no sign of anyone. We got the girl who was on her phone at reception to reluctantly come and find someone . The man who served us tried his best but it was all a bit of a rush.
