THE SPACE Main house: An open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, and outdoor deck, all with spectacular views of the lagoon. Both bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that face the water. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds as well as a crib. The full bathroom includes a bathtub. • HOME LAYOUT • Main House: Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Laundry Area, 1 Bathroom, Outdoor deck, 2 Bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Guest cottage: 2 Bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom. One room features a desk, a Peloton Stationary Exercise Bike and a twin bed. The other room has a queen bed. Just steps from the main house. Both bedrooms have AC. • BEDROOMS • This home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed w/ 1 Closet (sleeps up to 2 Guests) Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds w/ 1 Closet, 1 Crib (sleeps up to 2 Guests) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed w/ 1 Closet (sleeps up to 2 Guests) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed w/ 1 Closet (sleeps up to 2 Guests) • BATHROOM • Bathroom 1: Main House, Full Bathroom w/ Bathtub Bathroom 2: Guest Cottage, Shared bathroom • OUTDOOR • Deck featuring a new Patio Furniture A timber staircase is found at the end of the lawn that leads down to the beach •KITCHEN & DINING • The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a functional space with high-quality white appliances that opens to a 6-seater dining table. Stocked with a dishwasher, utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, fridge, microwave, stove and oven, a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, an Air Fryer, a Magic Bullet, a French press, and a refrigerator for all your cooking needs. •LIVING ROOM • The spacious living room has amazing views of the beach that opens to the shared wooden porch through the sliding doors. The living room features a spacious area with lots of natural light, a Smart TV, and a comfy sofa for that cozy feel •PARKING • There is enough space for parking of up to 4 cars in the driveway •SECURITY AND FEATURES• The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. •OTHER AMENITIES • The home comes with a dishwasher, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, GUEST ACCESS The guest will have access to the whole property except for one locked closet. Where you’ll be Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, United States Peaceful in the winter, and bustling in the summer, Oak Bluffs is a beautiful, historic town of Martha’s Vineyard. From sandy beaches and seafood restaurants to eclectic downtown shops and historic cottages, you’ll find more than enough to do and see in Oak Bluffs while visiting the island. It’s also easily accessible, the Woods Hole ferry docks just within walking distance from downtown. • ADDITIONAL NOTE • - Please be advised that a pre-check-in form will be required prior to check-in. - Please acknowledge the house rules upon booking. • HOUSE RULES • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the deck and picnic area. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property. NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund. DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. Photoshoots, film shooting, and music videos are prohibited. 📋 HOUSE RULES • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM.
