Very clean customer service is great the view from Embarcadero on the back rooms is great

Ok place

It’s our usual place to stay when in the Bay Area. We like the location, nice parking lot, and walking paths by the bay. This time I was surprised by the beat up room we got, and the suspicious sheets - not sure if they were washed. The rooms smelled nice but the sheets were really a big concern and it was too late (around midnight) to ask for a sheet change. Mattress was old and bumpy. I really hope I just got a bad room this time because of the late arrival at the property. We have two more reservations in this property in. The next few month. I do hope we get better rooms next time.

Definitely a you get what you pay for place but overall not bad for a cheap stay. The hotel room was clean and w/ no notable staining or smells. The furnishings are clearly very old though and I had to jerry-rig an outlet to hold up my laptop charger because it was so loose it'd just keep falling out. Bed and linens were sufficient. I had no issues around the area and felt comfortable staying at the motel. I'd give it 4 stars for being a pretty decent spot as long as you're keeping in mind this is still a motel but the booking information stated there was a refrigerator and microwave available to guests upon request (it stated this for every style/price of room) and when I asked for one, I was told it would require upgrading my room (an additional $50 a night).

Great view. Staff was friendly. Always accepts pets. It was raining and the parking lot had very deep puddles and the stairwells were not protected from the rain. It's a motel 6. I have definitely been in worse ones. So this motel 6 was above avarage for a M6

I was very impress with the overall customer service everyone is very polite and professional .l would definitely come back to stay in an room .Exceptional customer service

Bathroom had problems was clean but the bathtub needed repair and the door had been repaired was hard to open and close

I enjoyed my checkin and would to.extebded a few more days l appreciate the service completely

I like this motel six there’s always security the check in has been mostly pleasant ! I love being by the water so I usually go out !
