On arrival to the hotel, we were given the tour and it was "fine" nothing more. But when we figured out that all the lights that come on with the switch, had to be on so that the plugs worked to plug in our phones, the front desk was of no help. We finally had to screw off the bulbs in the lights to keep phones on and get some sleep. The "split" air/heat started making a horrible noise in the middle of the night and then began dripping lots of water into our suitcases. We got up, moved them, put garbage cans under the split. No one seemed to care the next day and said we should have gotten up and called them. Easier to turn it all off. I was surprised that Trip Advisor gave them such high reviews, on the signs they flaunted. We were told we'd have someone waiting at the airport for us. We were charged 25 dollars for that. Hmmmmmm.
