Having stayed in September for two nights we were looking forward to our return. Our three night stay was disappointing as our room was not attended to at all - soaps had to be collected from reception on the second day, the rubbish was never collected & the long corridor to our room was dirty, with dust & general dirt. Breakfast was fine & the dining room staff were pleasant. Having quietly pointed out the shortcomings at reception twice, there was an indifferent response. It was a sad reflection on what our previous visit had made on us.

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.
Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war sehr gut und da es geregnet hat war es sehr bequem für uns, vor Ort zu essen.
Der Weihnachtsmarkt im Wissembourg am Sonntag war sehr schnuckelig und hat zum Verweilen eingeladen.
Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Nous nous attentions à bien mieux au vu des photos du site internet .. nous avons eu la surprise d’un lit 2 personnes avec 2 matelas simple pas très pratique .. de plus la chambre que nous avons eu était dans son jus encore une fois pas comme sur les photos. Concernant le petit déjeuner assez faible pour le prix .. nous avons eu l’occasion de nous rendre dans des hôtels bien moins chère et bien plus moderne avec un déjeuner plus copieux.. dommage
