It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The staff was really not friendly, when a guest goes she would sigh in front other guest in waiting. Unlike described in Trip.com sauna is not included and it’s 15 eur for guests. (It’s described only swimming pool is with additional charges) The bed was not clean, we’ve noticed some hairs…

Two TV in the room is not working. The heater is also not working, while it’s only 3 degrees outside. Try to ask for changing the room was not possible. Also ask for blankets cause it’s so cold, which they don’t have any left. Considering the price and the star of the hotel, totally not recommended.

The service issues start at the front desk and continue throughout every aspect of the stay. Basic requests require multiple follow-ups and hours of waiting. What makes this experience particularly unacceptable is that this is marketed as a premium hotel with high rates 4 stars here. The location adds to the inconvenience, being far from main attractions. Save your money and choose another hotel where basic customer service and amenities are properly provided. Would not stay here again.
