Stunning location, with a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding you. The rooms were lovely, clean and with an outdoor area which is lovely to open up to every morning. The buffet breakfast is pretty great!! A good variety of options and there is seating both indoors and out. Great service.

Only emergency night after car crash, but very nice. Staff excellent, breakfast - super. Price on higher level - about 200€ / night, but for vacation a good idea. Nice place, awesome mountains…. Bar opened till the people consummed, so … why not ?

Everything was perfect from start to finish; you won't find a kitchen that serves a perfectly cooked steak to an entire wedding party anywhere. For many years, we have been spending some of our annual vacation days in the Kitzbühel area. We have now found a hotel there where we feel very comfortable. In contrast, we often go out for dinner and enjoy the diverse offerings in this area. The Penzinghof in particular caught our attention. We first visited there in 2018 and have been there several times for dinner since then. We last had dinner there twice at the end of May 2022. We have never stayed overnight at the Penzinghof. All dishes are prepared with attention to detail and in a modern style. The salads are highly recommended, and the soups and main courses are always delicious. From the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape. The comfortable wooden benches and tables are a great place to relax. The interior of the restaurant is very modern and also offers a great view. Only the high benches in the interior could be a bit more comfortable. The service in the restaurant is also worth mentioning. While it's noticeable that the waiters are busy, they always do it with friendliness, down-to-earthness, and a wink. We highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely return.

We discovered the hotel while on vacation in St. Johann. Since we really liked the location between St. Johann and Kitzbühel, right next to the gondola, we did a bit of online research and booked the hotel for a week in February. It was truly a dream. A wonderful room in the new building with a magnificent view, a great balcony, beautiful furnishings, and a fantastic atmosphere. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing; a real treat. The wellness area, located in the old building, was also good. It was sometimes crowded in the sauna, but otherwise very nicely done. The food was truly delicious; mostly km 0, which we really liked. The extensive side menu was outstanding, should the evening meal not be your cup of tea. Spring water was also free. We've never experienced such an abundance before. The breakfast was also excellent, with a changing selection. I particularly liked the snack corner, where you could pack some snacks for the journey. A really nice idea! Overall, the team was really very friendly and helpful. You could sense the appreciation for each employee and the very harmonious team, which naturally had a positive impact on the quality of service. The hotel isn't exactly cheap, but the value for money is more than excellent. Saving up for this stay is definitely worth it. The week at the Penzinghof was truly a gift; we would love to return.

I never write a review on Trip Advisor but this Hotel deserves it! Beautiful structure, with many comforts but above all kindness and courtesy! The food is so much, varied and excellent (the pasta...which we Italians are 'sacred'...cooked to perfection!!!). The most beautiful thing of all? The swimming pond: an enchantment ❤️ In short...I highly recommend it
