I chose a king room on your website which cost more but received a two queen room when I arrived. Very unsatisfied with your service, and feel that I shouldn’t have to have a confrontation at the hotel of my choice. This has happened several times in the past, and I may try another online service next time.

We showed up and they couldn’t check us in because of their internet. We told them we pay cash and then they said they were overbooked.

Think the attendant may have been asleep when we checked in. Rang the bell several times. Breakfast bar also no attended and many food items not replenished. Housekeeping just walked into room without knocking finding both by wife and myself not dressed.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. However, there was a bunch of mud caked on the rug by the entryway and it was never cleaned during our entire stay. The elevator was out, too, so we stayed on the first floor. The workmanship of the new hotel was below my expectations for a new hotel. The staff was great.

The Holiday Inn in Perryton is conveniently located to restaurants and other amenities. It is a fairly new facility that's well maintained. The room was clean. For the Covid time we're in, the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay in the Perryton Holiday Inn if we're in the area.

The staff offers no-nonsense check-in and clean rooms with notably good shampoo and other toiletries. The indoor pool was open during our visit. The staff was happy to let guests do their own thing in the lobby, for example, have small gathering in the evening. We saw another group having a barbecue outside. This relaxed attitude makes us happy repeat customers. Extended free breakfast includes omelets and had something for everyone in our group. Despite signs encouraging masks, we saw no one wearing a mask during our stay.

First room I was assigned the thermostat was not functional and room was hot. I was assigned a new room, with no issues.
