The hotel was very nice in all respects, yet the amenity that is very important to me that was not there was a water kettle or coffee machine in room.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained! Short ride to the beach and city center. Beds comfortable and pool nice. Employees spoke good english.

Please remember this name OTRADA as this is best hotel in Odessa, Ukraine . I have stayed there with my wife...I've booked a wedding package and I am so happy we have found this place. Everything was planned with perfection, Alesya, the hotel manager planned all the details, making sure all is perfect...we loved that :) We felt special from the beginning to the end....surly this hotel can make you feel like you are home :)

Great hotel, gorgeous historical building of the 19 century; friendly and amazing staff, they helped to make our stay enjoyable; convenient , quiet and cozy location; comfortable room; tasty and varied breakfasts, electric car to the beach is a creative and useful idea; individual approach to the guests. Otrada boutique hotel deserves to come back for holiday. We had a very nice experience there.

I just finished a stay at the Hotel Otrada in Odessa, Ukraine. This is May/June 2021. I chose the hotel because it was near the beach and most reviews were 5-star. I like boutique hotels like this one. I was very satisfied.
I thought no hotel could approach the level of service of my favorite hotel, the Swiss Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. But I have to say that the Otrada can be mentioned in the same positive light. All of the staff were courteous. I would like to make special mention of Olga at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she did everything to make sure that my stay was wonderful.
The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, the Internet was fast and reliable. It’s a short walk to the beach, though they offer electric buggy service. They will give you beach towels. The beach has a restaurant, pubs, takeaway snacks, bike rentals, etc. There is a great hiking/biking trail just down the hill from the hotel.
The hotel is a little away from the center, but I wanted to be near the beach. If you like walking, the center is walkable. Otherwise, it’s an easy Uber or cab ride. There is also a good market for food, spices and the like at the train station, also a short walk.
If the goal is just to hit bars in the center, then maybe you want something there. But if you’d like to be near the beach, get some exercise or be away from the noise in the center, then I highly recommend it. I didn’t want to leave and look forward to visiting again.

У отеля есть как сильные, так и слабые стороны. Начну с минусов: 1. Швейцара (как в других отелях тут нет. Функции швейцара совмещает охранник; Нам с детской коляской было не совсем удобно, так как в отеле пандуса нет, а охранника нужно ждать. 2. При поселении после 22:00 нам сказали что ресторан закрыт, а прапора ушли домой. Не сказали(к сожалению) что могут организовать доставку из Компота - пришлось заказывать еду из ближайшего фаст фуда:₽. Не понятно, как могут накрыть еду по меню Компота, который тоже по факту закрыт в это время, но наверное мы не все знаем :) 3. Косметика в номерах плохого качество и нам ее забывали пополнять, но после звонка все оперативно решалось. 4. Номер достался неудобный, из за наличия на третьем этаже 10 ступенек. Сотрудники сказали что охранник будет помогать по запросу. Внизу коляску нам оставлять было неудобно, так как малыш в ней засыпает:) на последнюю ночь нам предложили поменять номер, но мы отказались. 5. Весь (повторюсь абсолютно весь) персонал отеля работает без масок, COVID-19 может проходить бессимптомно, но передаваться другим людям!!! Теперь сильные стороны отеля: 1. Персонал действительно пытался помочь решить любую просьбу. За это отдельное спасибо! 2. В номерах очень чисто. Шумоизоляция хорошая. 3. Отель предоставляет трансфер на пляж и выдаёт карту на бесплатные зонт+шезлонг+матрас. 4. Еда на завтрак вкусная и высокого качества. Ребёнку по запросу готовили каши по нашим рецептам и пожеланиям. Если отель сравнивать с Немо, Лондонской, Бристоль, Моцарт то впечатления от проживания сложились хуже, нежели в вышеперечисленных отелях, наверное поэтому за день до заезда все отели были забронированы на 100%, а в Отрада нам повезло забронировать номер.

При выборе отеля смотрели на Бристоль и Отрада. И к нашему огромному сожалению выбрали Отрада. Отель явно не соответствует своей категории: - номер просто крошечный, развернуться негде; - мини бара нету; - вечером в отеле не работает ресторан; - рум сервиса нету; - в номерах нет косметических наборов, а сама косметика очень дешевая и низкого качества; - завтраки очень скромные; И самое главное - персонал не соблюдает масочный режим! Отель не стоит своих денег! Максимально не рекомендую!
