Great value for the money. Loved the breakfast and the pond out back. 15-20 minute drive to Lake McConaughy.

The room size is very small, a guest brought a dog, the soundproofing of the room is poor and there is a lot of noise. Breakfast variety is poor. Not worth the price of room fee
