Great hotel for families with kids. Polite staff, clean rooms, delicious food. The territory is big and green. Our family like vitamin bar very much! Thanks to the guest relations manager Hande Derya for trying to make our stay more comfortable.

I really loved the experience that we got in this hotel! Many space for swimming, the sea is great and there’re many pools (with and without children). High level of service, the people were really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Nargisa for customer relations regulation and staff!

Everyone was so nice and this why this is the best hotel I ever did go, so I would recommend it. My favourite workers are, Murat he helped my parents with some stuff about the first time here in the hotel, hande also wanted to know my opinions and i was really happy about it cause if there is something wrong they will do better to get you happy. Derya is also a really good person and helped allot. Seyma always smiles and it a really good sister to me she always loves to greet me. Sinan helped me allot when I had a problem and that’s why i also choose them im very grateful about it and also the women from the Towel Stander her name is also Sivara

The infrastructure is excellent, food - delicious & stomachblowing, The entertainment program is never ending, You can just attend anything from a fairytale for kids or Michael Jackson dance show: or just go and dance. Drinks &snacks are available fresh and everywhere. And above all and perhaps the main thing is absolutely amazing service!!! All the staff and especially Nargiza, the guest manager, are very friendly and really helpful. And special thank you to Nazira , housekeeping at the rose building. Rooms are always clean and beautiful. This is what makes them stand out from similar hotels. Thank you very much for making us have an unforgettable holiday!

Great stay. A hotel of the highest standard. The service was wonderful and friendly. Attractions for children and adults are of the highest standard. The food is delicious.We will recommend this place to everyone and we will be happy to come back. everything at the highest level.

The hotel absolutely fullfil our requirements and needs. Especially when it comes to Pools, Bars, Entertainment, children Club etc. We are travelling with two Kids (5/8) And they love the garden. The beach ist very close. Despite it is a beach with small stones instead of sand taking a bath is just perfect. For those who are looking for Ultra AI I would recommend the Be Grand, Diva or Imperial. Hande Derya is working in the guest Relation and is really friendly. She explained us all the things we need to know. We felt very welcome here. The Delphin Group ist just great. We have been in the Hotels nearly 20 times and we will come back.

Everything was perfect, the food very tasty and diversificated and the hotel is very kids friendly with many pools and kids activities (they have a daily mini club). In every night is a different show for kids, but also for adults. Many thanks to our guest relations Hande and Can. Will come back for sure :) ＜3
