Litore Resort Hotel & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel is absaloutly stunning, we went as a large family group and four children it was fantastic for the children the staff couldn’t have been any nicer! The cleaner was our absalout favourite going above and beyond to make the kids smile, the place has absaloutly everything you need, the shop in store is well priced, and the shopping place downstairs is brilliant too, indoor and outdoor pools and spa available, sauna etc free of charge, there is a huge variety of food and if you go to this hotel you don’t have to leave it is that good; you get took to the private beach via tractor, being all inclusive you are able to eat at multiple places inside the hotel, it is a extremely clean hotel and nothing is any problem to them. The restaurants staff in the main restaurant were amazing too. This hotel is brilliant and I would deffo go again. I had read some reviews before we came about them being horrible to English people, we are from Northern Ireland and they treated us extremely well! I fully recommend this hotel to anyone. The in hotel photographer took outstanding pictures, I think the pictures on this don’t do the place justice, it is even more stunning when you go and see it. Many many thanks to all the staff at Litore for making our ten day stay so amazing❤️

Hotel all together was amazing, staff amazing, especially Ahmet the Entertainment Chief. It was the best entertainment I’ve seen at a hotel. Was definitely recommend!!! The food and drinks were incredible and I will definitely come back in the future!

I booked this as a family holiday in September 2024 for 11 people from 3 different families for 7 nights. There was also another 4 who had booked to join us for 5 nights. Our experience on arrival at 11pm to some very unfriendly reception staff was very disappointing as they didn’t have the right rooms for us. There was a language barrier as their English was poor. It was implied that we were being upgraded but just for one night and then we realised the upgrade meant we were supposed to share family rooms with others in our group. The family rooms have a double bed and two small single beds only appropriate for children. Part of our group arrived a bit earlier and reception implied they had agreed to us sharing rooms, which they didn’t. We were told it was just for the night and that we had to change rooms the next day, at this point we did say can we just have the rooms we have booked as we didn’t want the inconvenience of moving the next day. There was no apology or recognition of what had happened or that they were at fault. One couple were given their room at 3am. The following morning we were summoned down for a meeting at 10am to speak to the front of house manager to sort the rooms out. He was extremely rude to us and not at all apologetic. It took us most of the morning to get this sorted and be given rooms as per our booking. Not a great start to a holiday. This manager needs to be sacked as he did not care at all and had no customer service skills. There was one gentleman at reception who did try his hardest to sort the rooms on arrival but it was clear he had to get to go ahead from someone more senior. The hotel itself is nice and a lovely pool. We had two toddlers and there is a nice separate area for them. The food in the buffet restaurant is good and there are plenty of options. The entertainment in the evening wasn’t the best. The activities in the day time were good, loved the aqua cycling. The rooms are nice and house keeping every day was good. The towels in the rooms are of a poor quality and the toiletries need to be improved for what is meant to be a 5 star hotel, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Overall I would not come here again.
