Huge thanks to Gemma and Marianne in the restaurant who looked after us and ensured our stay and dinner was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You both worked really hard to make sure that the guests were happy with their food.

We have used this Premier Inn for the last three years to visit family and be at our granddaughter birthday. Every time the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. We used the meal deal this time which was great for us. The pub/restaurant next door is only open for residents from the Premier Inn. Opens at 5pm for drinks and 6pm for food. Missed having an early pint after our drive from Scotland. Not quite clear what Premier Inn is doing with the restaurant but hopefully back to normal for us next year. Evening food was good and there is plenty for breakfast. Also very good. An ideal place for us and would recommend for an overnight and breakfast. Didn’t manage to get any staff names. They were run off their feet, but still provided great service and hot food

A very warm welcome at reception. The restaurant menu was very limited for the evening meal due to stock issues. It was a shock it only being open to redidenrs but a relief our family could join us as they have in the past for a catch up and meal together. A special mention to Jess who was running the bar and serving meals. She was very helpful and gave great genuine customer service which these days you don't get very often The breakfast team were lovely too The evening meal and breakfast food was good too despite lack of choice in the evening Although the restaurant is in very much need of a refurbishment
